2024 AEW Worlds End promo

All-Elite Wrestling’s Worlds End pay-per-view begins this Saturday at 6:30 p.m., and the four announced matches have lines that are taking action between now and the opening bell.

This is the second edition of Worlds End, and the event is now firmly entrenched in the December PPV spot following the AEW’s expansion to a one-pay-per-view-per-month schedule.

Worlds End will take place in Orlando, Florida’s Addition Financial Arena, located on the campus of UCF.

AEW Dynamite Diamond Ring

  • MJF -200
  • Adam Cole +150

MJF has held the Dynamite Diamond ring since its introduction in 2019. He has used it to injure opponents on occasion and is favored by a two-to-one margin to keep the ring on his finger following his match with Adam Cole.

This match is a strange one in that it picks up a feud that was considered forgotten by the bookers after MJF took some time off earlier in the year to recover from injuries.

Hopefully, an MJF win will bring this storyline to a close so Friedman can focus on putting the AEW Heavyweight Championship belt across his waist once again.

AEW International Championship

  • Konosuke Takeshita -3000
  • Powerhouse Hobbs +900

Powerhouse Hobbs has been off television since April because of a tendon tear and will face AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita at Worlds End with the strap on the line.

Hobbs is an intriguing underdog, as it is only a matter of time before he becomes a main eventer, but for now, the odds imply a sure win for Takeshita.

AEW Tijuana Street Fight Women’s Championship

  • Mariah May -3000
  • Thunder Rosa +900

Wrestling betting sites have created two identical lines for May vs. Rosa and Takeshita vs. Hobbs. In this case, it is Mariah May who is the heavy favorite to win, with 9-to-1 odds offered on Thunder Rosa.

Rosa certainly has the pedigree to win this match, but the current storyline and card placement gives us cause to agree with the bookmaker’s assessment.

AEW World Championship 4-Way

  • Jon Moxley -1100
  • Orange Cassidy +425
  • Jay White +700
  • Hangman Page +900

The current AEW Champion, Jon Moxley, puts his belt on the line at Worlds End in a four-way match. Despite the additional contenders involved, 18+ sports betting sites do not think there is much of a chance he will lose.

Orange Cassidy is rated second in the above AEW prop bet, and he has been scheming against Moxley in recent promos. Many refer to Cassidy as the company’s mascot due to owner Tony Khan’s admiration for him, but wrestling sportsbooks are not fond of his chances on Saturday.
